Top 11 XDR Solutions Comparison and Features in 2026
We researched 11 XDR solutions, verifying vendor claims against official product documentation, MITRE ATT&CK evaluation results, and customer deployments. From that pool, we selected 5 for hands-on benchmarking, deploying each to dedicated Windows Server 2022 endpoints and a Linux VM pool, running 30 test cases across 8 categories. See our analysis on value and performance…
Top Cloud Object Storage Tools: Results & Comparison
We tested five cloud object storage providers IONOS, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, and DigitalOcean Space across performance, features, and pricing. All tests ran from Europe against each provider’s EU-region endpoint. Upload Throughput (MB/s): higher is better S3 and DigitalOcean trade the lead depending on file size. R2 and B2 are consistently the weakest…
Email Security Solutions: Acronis, Sophos & Barracuda
Email is one of the most common entry points for cyberattacks, and built-in protections are no longer enough to handle targeted threats. We tested three cloud email security platforms (Acronis, Sophos, and Barracuda) with 100 tests across 11 threat categories. Read the email security solutions benchmark methodology to learn how we tested these tools and…
Compare Remote Control Software: NinjaOne & Acronis
We tested the top 3 remote control software (also known as remote access software) to evaluate the general UI and remote control experience, their remote control quality, protocols, and unique capabilities: Check out the agent deployment process before jumping into our experiences and observations on remote access. See our methodology to learn how we measured…
Benchmarked the 10 Best Datacenter Proxy Providers
We evaluated the top 5 datacenter proxy providers using 15,000 requests to assess speed, reliability, and cost across search, e-commerce, and social media sites. The top performers are listed below: Whether you’re looking to buy datacenter proxies for web scraping or automation tools, or need a shared datacenter proxy plan for smaller projects, our benchmarks…
GPU Concurrency Benchmark: H100 vs H200 vs B200 vs MI300X
I have spent the last 20 years focusing on system-level computational performance optimization. We benchmarked the latest NVIDIA GPUs, including the NVIDIA’s H100, H200, and B200, and AMD’s MI300X, for concurrency scaling analysis. Using the vLLM framework with the gpt-oss-20b model, we tested how these GPUs handle concurrent requests, from 1 to 512. By measuring…
AI Coding Benchmark: Claude Code vs Cursor
In AI coding, the market has fragmented into two categories: Agentic CLI tools and AI code editors embedded in IDEs. Each claims to automate development. Few comparisons show how they differ under identical workloads. We benchmarked each agent across 10 full-stack web development tasks, performing ~600 atomic validation checks per agent and more than 9,600…
SOC Tools with Core Components Categorization
Security operations center (SOC) tools support security teams in detecting, investigating, responding to, and preventing threats. Together, they work as a connected set of tools across the full security lifecycle. We summarize how 15 types of SOC tools work for an organization’s security posture within the 5 layers. Each layer supports a different stage of…
MFT Benchmark: Files.com, Diplomat, Cerberus, and Serv-U Tested
We tested four managed file transfer platforms: Files.com, Thru, Cerberus FTP Server, and Serv-U MFT Server, working through setup, file transfer workflows, inbound collection, security configuration, automation, and administration. Every observation below comes from hands-on use of trial accounts or installed software. Our test environment: A symmetric 1,000 Mbit/s line (128 MB/s upload capacity) based…
Large-Scale Web Scraping: 7 Providers Benchmarked
We ran two benchmarks against live websites, from 5 to 5,000 concurrent requests. The first sent 260,000 requests through four web unblockers across the Tranco top 10,000 domains, plus a markdown extraction test on 10,000 URLs. The second fetched 65,000 product and search pages from each of five scraping providers across 100 e-commerce domains. Metrics…
